C. V. SATRAM

Pratesh has the ability to handle complex cases at the highest levels. He has appeared as lead and junior Attorney in over 35 CCJ appeals and is perhaps the Attorney with the largest number of appearances before that Court. He conducted the trial in a major mining dispute before the London Court of International Arbitration. His experience is wide and varied. He has done major work in public law, real property and equity, taxation, natural resources and corporate/commercial law and regularly advises clients on issues arising in these areas. He was appointed by the Chancellor of the Judiciary to the Legal Practitioners Committee.
