Sir Fenton is one of the most prolific lawyers in the Commonwealth Caribbean.  His work on land law in Guyana remains an authoritative work some fifty years after it was first published.

 

He acted as the first Attorney-General of Guyana and has appeared in several hundred reported cases in all areas of the law. He is perhaps the lawyer with the most appearances in the UK Privy Council in cases emanating from the Caribbean region.

 

Sir Fenton is a legendary advocate who has acted as a consultant to and worked closely with the firm for over a decade.
